Geophex, Ltd. is a geophysical research and instrumentation company founded in 1983 and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Geophex develops, manufactures, and sells geophysical instruments. Geophex also conducts special and customized geophysical investigations including airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys.

GEM-2: Handheld broadband EM sensor for investigating geology, soil conductivity and susceptibility, and environmental pollution.

Direction Geophex from Raleigh-Durham (RDU) Airport:

 

Exit the airport to I-40 East; go about 12 miles and out at Exit 297 on Lake Wheeler Road. Go north about 0.3 miles,

cross a railroad and turn right on Mercury Street. Geophex is the third building on the right, half hidden behind trees.
